Looks like a great place to stay and the reviews are good. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to emergency surgery. We called 4 days in advance to cancel and they still kept a whole nights deposit of $35. I understand if we didn't give notice and she couldn't resale but every place around was booked and they probably did resale it. A nonreundable administrator/deposit fee of $10.00 is more in line with other parks. It should also be listed on their Website.
