Absolutely horrible. Went to make a deposit and waited in line 15 minutes because teller just wanted to chat with the one person in front on me. Then it took her 5 minutes to process my single check deposit. My check was a $7500 Check from my insurance company for a claim to my home. The payment to my contractor was due and they put a 5 day hold on my check. The teller told me the branch that opened my account wouldn’t put a hold on it and to drive to that branch and ask them to remove it. That is absolutely stupid, if they can remove it, you can. I had a $9800 balance in my account as well. I’ve been banking here since they were Central Bank and have become increasingly frustrated with this bank since BBVA bought them. Closing my account this week. They will ACH those funds and have that money from the other bank immediately. There is no reason for these policies in 2017.
