Customer service will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business, they will tell you little or nothing during hte work procedure and then surprise you will high bills. I had a unit that I requested to find out if it was 100% labor & Parts warranty covered prior to tech being sent out, was assured this was true, even techs first visit explained to me that there was no charge... a week after service was rendered I received a bill for almost $300. $86.00 of it was Travel & Diagnosis and $75.00 additional labor for the diagnosis time, when tech was here for less than 30 minutes... Then again I was told the system was covered under full warranty. After bill is sent customer service becomes poor. Management responses are rude and unwilling to work with consumer.
