Just want to start by saying these people only want your money. This facility is very new and clearly they need to meet there quota to pay it off. Staff is very nice but when it comes to experience and knowing what they are doing, the lack all of the above. Went to have a simple cleaning and they tell me I have a gum disease. Ok, fair enough I use to smoke so it happens. So I proceed to allow them to do the procedure but wait first I had to pay $180 before I could have any treatment which to my understanding was suppose to cover everything and my insurance cover the rest. Then we go on. They say one of my back teeth js decaying and needs to be uprooted. I allow it to happen because I had bothered me for years. In the most of pulling the tooth the dentist breaks the bone off that holds the tooth in process of pulling it. I told him multiple times before pulling it that I would soon be getting braces and I didn't want that to affect it. Well now that has caused issue with getting braces. So on, I have cavities. A total different dentist is doing this procedure days later. He and the women helping carried on the whole time and was more focused on there conversation than fixing my Cavaties. That being said he didn't fill the tooth the complete way so now I have sensitivity for sweet hot and cold things. The other day I get a bill from them. $172 it was. Going back to the gym disease. I had to "pay everything up front" before I could have the procedure done right. At least that's what the lady said. I just got off the phone with them. They begin to tell me the bill is only $126.??? So why did I get billed $50 more than that. Or better question why am I even being billed period when I supposedly had to pay everything that my insurance didn't cover up front.??? Absolute worst experience and place to go. Don't waste your time or your money.
