No one greeted me in the store. I was there for 30 minutes and finally asked for help and was just sent downstairs to where the beds were located. No one helped. I had to go get someone to to help me. I purchased a bed and had to had to remind them of the sale that was going on in order to get the discounted price. When the bed came in, I was left a message to say I could have it delivered the next day. I didn't return the call because I was working and then forgot that I had received a call. A week later they still hadn'tcalled me back. I called them back and arranged a delivery date. The men that delivered the bed never spoke a word. My experience has not been great with the company, but I love my bed!
