Not really sure how their yearly termite inspection is, as they only come and do the outside when no one's home. Their issue is billing. There's no way of paying them other than snail mailing a check. Who still writes checks? Update your website for autopay. Ugh, also no one answers the phone after 4:59pm. Find a more modern company; I sure am.
