Needed to exchange a gift we bought for someone important on Christmas Eve. I needed to swap sizes. I showed up 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, but the guy that came to the locked door refused to let me in. The Christmas eve hours were on the website and door. I drove 30 minutes to get there, and he wouldn't even talk to me. I try to support Brick and mortar businesses, but this is one I will never set foot in again. I've never given a negative review, but I really felt like this deserved one.
