Excuse me for assuming but I’m going to do it anyways ... I’d assume that since your a carpet cleaning specialist company you’d turn my fans on high so my carpet isn’t still soaking wet 8 hours after service. I’d also assume you’d hire employees that took their time to work more than 25 minutes cleaning three carpeted rooms. One smoked outside the entire time. No wonder the stains didn’t come out. I’ll definitely spend my $100 with another company next time!
