Just wanted to speak on the very brief encounter I had here. I was recently looking for a first car for my son, and of course I had a budget in mind, but was flexible for the right deal. Well, I walked in, let "Arthur" know what I was looking for, he shook two fingers at me and said "You can go somewhere else with that." Well guess what, I did go somewhere else and bought my kid a very nice car (well over my original budget) the same day.
I'm no sales person, but here's a word of advice: Never turn a customer away before knowing the extent of the circumstances. I had a pre-approval and plenty of wiggle room. I'm only speaking for myself, but I guarantee I'd never recommend this place to anyone I know.
