Went into the store Monday April 16 to look at lawn mowers. My husband and I decided to purchase the mower. The lady who did our paperwork and the manager we spoke with told us that the mower they had in stock was already spoken for. The soonest he would have one in the store was Wednesday April 18. Okay that’s fine. Before that the manager told us the application was a little more invested because the mower was over our price limit but we would hear something on Tuesday April 17. We did not hear anything back from the lady or manager. I called on Wednesday morning to find out what was going on and spoke to the same girl. The process of our application had not even started yet. She called my husband Wednesday night just making sure our address was correct. Then told my husband she or the manager would call back that night or the next day. Thursday April 19 rolled around and as of 3:00pm we hadn’t heard anything from anyone at the store so we called back. We knew the process finally started because most of our references called us to tell us. The manager got on the phone and said yes y’all are good to go, I was going to call but I just got back from lunch. We understand that, everyone needs to eat but if your going to run a successful business communication is a huge factor. We gave our payment. He told us that the guy who delivers had a drop in Vina and we should receive the mower not to long after the store opens on Saturday April 21. We have sat home all morning and haven’t heard anything. I called at 2:08pm to find out what was going on. Was told the guy is on his way. Here it is 3:48pm and still haven’t seen anyone. Normally I wouldn’t give a review but the communication and job performance could approve. We have a washer and dryer with Aaron’s and haven’t had a problem so their products are worth the little extra money if you can’t go out and pay cash right then, but the job performance of the employees and communication needs help.
