My mother went here and was treated very badly by Clint, he was extremely rude to her. She ended up getting her hair done by someone else. Customer service has really gone downhill in society and there needs to be a focus on that as well as talent. When a place provides a service (especially in the beauty industry) the employees and owners need to know that people are using their hard earned money to CHOOSE to go to a specific place to receive a service. Clients don't owe you for coming there they are choosing your business and they should be treated with respect and courtesy. In the beauty industry people are not only going to receive a service but, also an experience. This experience was very bad for my mother. The the person providing the service isn't the one being served, THEY are providing a service and this needs to be remembered! Just because you are good at what you do doesn't give you license to treat others in a disrespectful and condescending manner. It may not hurt to lose this one customer but, if his customer service skills don't change he will eventually end up with no clients. Shame on the salon for not reprimanding him for his extremely rude behavior.
I have used Dr. Lance Justice for over 6 Years now and I could not be happier! he has been my OB with 2 out of 3 Pregnancies with all being a High-Risk Pregnancy. I cannot imagine not having his support, guidance, and laughter throughout such difficult pregnancies. Dr. Justice actually goes out of his way to make you laugh and treat you like you're family and not just another number. I also can’t brag enough on his staff. He has the most helpful, considerate and sweet staff – from his receptionist LeAnn, to his lab tech Carmen. I even had my yearly checkup last month with his new Nurse Practioner, Katie Giles, and my goodness was she precious! She spent so much time with me in the room discussing the many birth control options that were available and she really listened to my wants and needs. I was hesitant not having my appointment with Dr. Justice but she made me feel so comfortable. I’ll always drive out of my way to continue to go to this office!!
I was stupid enough to give this place a second chance. The first time I had nails that were uneven, and I had to keep pointing out spots that were not completely painted. Then I had nails that were just falling off and my nail was just not completely attached to the acrylic. I went back a second time hoping if I got a different person it would be better. This lady kept filing my skin and had the drill up too high because it was burning my skin through my nail. Less than a week later, I have nails just breaking off with the smallest bump and I now have a nail fungus which you can get if they don't clean their tools like they are supposed to and it is passed from customer to customer.
I took my girls here to treat them and all the staff was rude, they didn’t listen to anything I wanted, they did the worst job! I spent $160 including a $20 tip and it was a total waste I will never go here again. No one should they should shut this place down my 6 y/o niece can paint nails better than this place. They ruined my babies nails and had the nerve to act like they did something. Ridiculous
